Rudnitsky Hackman & Potter Welcomes JoLynn Weikel Back to Paralegal Team

Rudnitsky Hackman & Potter, Attorneys at Law, welcomes JoLynn Weikel back to the team. Having spent four years working for the firm previously, she will now serve as lead paralegal for bankruptcy matters.

In her new position, Weikel will be responsible for meeting with clients to review debts and liabilities and helping them prepare the bankruptcy petition. She will assist the attorneys by following up on filed cases and managing any issues that may arise within the bankruptcy court. Weikel will also assist Medicaid applicants, gathering information and organizing their assets to ensure qualification. As needs arise, Weikel will also supplement the team with litigation support.

Now with more than 15 years of experience in the paralegal field, Weikel is happy to return to RHP. She has four years of previous experience with the firm, working in the areas of business entity creation and maintenance, and family law. She has been working alongside Attorney Kenneth Potter for much of her career.

Weikel holds an associate’s degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology. She currently resides in Winfield with her husband Chris and two sons. Weikel is actively involved with the Messiah Lutheran Church in New Berlin, and enjoys spending time in the outdoors with her family.

Established in 1974, the law office of Rudnitsky, Hackman & Potter provides a comprehensive offering of legal services and expertise to individuals, families, businesses and agri-businesses across central Pennsylvania. The firm offers several free community seminars throughout the year in its areas of concentration, which include estate planning, business planning, elder law and veteran’s benefits.
